Welcome to
Your Path of Joy !
Joy is such a big word that it scares many people away.
It feels inaccessible, even indecent at times when you think about the world we live in. How could one be Joy-Full in a world where atrocities happen wherever we turn our gaze, when anxiety and stress are the normal states of being of most, and when the uncertainty of tomorrow is all we have?
Yet, Joy is your birthright.
It is not a fantasy. It is not unattainable. It is built in your very cells. It is the core of who you are. I am here to help you step into the best version of yourself so you can experience Joy more often in your Life.
| How do we do that?
First, we learn to step out of the hamster mind, so we can eventually enjoy a moment of Rest and Peace. Then, we learn to shift the lenses we use to look at our life, our relationships, and the world.
I’m here to help you on Your Path of Joy through a variety of Mindfulness and Meditation Practices.
You tried to Meditate before and it didn’t work?
The Path of Joy is more than sitting in Meditation: it’s a way of Being and Living. It is the journey of deepening your connection with yourself, with others, and with Nature.
Joy is all about Connection.

So you said JOY…
I sure did. It’s a bit scary, isn’t it?
-
I remember when my teacher first asked this question: it was unsettling. I was one of many who had no idea how to answer.
But for some, the answers come right of the bat and for others –like me– the very question is daunting because there hasn’t been room to question the presence and/or the potentiality of Joy in one’s life.
The question What brings you Joy? is an invitation to explore our heart and what makes it sings.
There are many paths that lead to Joy. We may have similar ideas on the topic or images in our mind, yet what brings you Joy is unique to you.
It is that uniqueness that we want to access, explore and cultivate.
I am here to guide you.

To find Joy is a journey into the world of self-discovery. It’s a learning process that is is possible and accessible to all of us.
Yet it is not easy to practice Joy on a daily basis. I am the first one to admit it. It took me a plethora of trials and errors to be able to answer the question for myself. Thankfully, Life put on my path many teachers and many practices that helped me weed out the clutter in my mind.
By doing so, a space was being created to welcome Joy back in my Life.
And with Joy comes Freedom or is it the other way around?
-
Don’t get me wrong. I don’t live in a blissful state 24/7. That would be a big lie to say so. Life happens and Shit happens: I fall off the Joy Boat all the time, but I learned to climb back in over and over again. It takes Practice to not let life burden us so much that we tend to disappear in a Well of Darkness. It takes Practice and Willpower to cultivate Joy.
Practice and willpower.
A space for Joy opens when we remember to pause. Simple, right?
Yet Simplicity doesn’t necessary mean easy.Joy is a way of being and living.
